No, all orders are shipped free of charge within the United Kingdom.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 days (Monday–Friday). For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
Returns must be submitted within the 30-day return window. Requests submitted after this period unfortunately cannot be processed.
Delivery delays can sometimes occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 days (Monday–Friday). After that, feel free to contact us at support@greyvaleandco.com so we can assist you further.
