Return Procedure & Window

Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, returns requested outside this period cannot be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@greyvaleandco.com. We will provide step-by-step instructions for returning your item(s).

Before sending anything back, please ensure that:
  • unused and unwashed
  • tags are attached
  • original packaging

Pack the return securely and send it using a reliable, preferably tracked, shipping service. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@greyvaleandco.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to process your request. Once an order has been shipped or processed, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@greyvaleandco.com and include clear photos of the issue. After review, we will offer a suitable solution this may include sending a corrected item or a replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once your returned item has been received and inspected. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 days.
No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please email support@greyvaleandco.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging in place. We will guide you through the next steps.
