Shipping Policy

  • Total Delivery Time: 5-8 business days
  • Free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Processing will begin shortly and takes 1-2 days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking information. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-6 days (Monday to Friday) with a Total estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days from your order date.

Shipping costs and delivery
All orders are shipped free of charge. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window of 5-8 business days, please allow an additional 3 days (Monday to Friday) to account for potential delays due to seasonal demand, courier capacity, or other external factors.

If your parcel still hasn’t arrived after this period, please contact us at support@greyvaleandco.com and we’ll investigate the issue.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@greyvaleandco.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to process your request. Once an order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you've recieved a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@greyvaleandco.com and include clear photos of the issue. After review, we will offer a suitable solution this can include sending a corrected item or a replacement at no additional costs.
