After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Processing will begin shortly and takes 1-2 days (Monday-Friday). Once dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking information. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-6 days (Monday-Friday) with a Total estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days from your order date.

Shipping costs and delivery
All orders are shipped free of charge. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window of 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday), please allow an additional 3 days (Monday–Friday) to account for potential delays due to seasonal demand, courier capacity, or other external factors.

If your parcel still hasn’t arrived after this period, please contact us at support@greyvaleandco.com and we’ll be investigate the issue.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, we advise contacting us as soon as possible at support@greyvaleandco.com. We will do our best to process your request. Please note: once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged or wrong items received
If your order arrives damaged or includes an incorrect item, please take clear photos of the issue and send them to support@greyvaleandco.com. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
