Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, a confirmation email containing your order details will be sent. Once the order has been shipped, a separate email will be provided with your tracking information.
Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, cancellation are no longer possible. If the item has already been delivered, a return request can be submitted in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Photos showing the item and packaging
After review, we will offer a suitable solution this can include sending a corrected item or a replacement at no additional costs.
